The Journey is Completed!

We successfully arrived at Atlanta’s Hartsfield Jackson Airport this afternoon and we were greeted by some of our biggest supporters, our families. It was an unbelievable journey and we want to thank everyone very much for all the support! We will be sure to keep everyone updated with any future media Mission Kilimanjaro gets!

Landed in Amsterdam!

Kyle, Dan, Takashi, Sandra, and Joey arrives in Amsterdam and have a 2 hour lay over before heading home. We are enjoying some much loved Starbucks for the first time in about a month!

Taking off for the US!

We just boarded the KLM 777 and everyone is anxious to get home! We have a quick layover in Amsterdam, but should arrive in the US on the 26th at 2:45 pm. If anyone wants to track us our flights numbers are KL0569 and KL0057.

And We're Off!

It’s 3 am and 0 degrees. We are eating a little breakfast and having some hot tea before we depart!

We leave in 7 hours and 30 minutes

After our rest day Team Kili is getting ready for bed. We’ve decided to wake up at 2 am and push for the crater rim. Everyone is extremely excited and anxious for our toughest climb yet. Our target is to climb to 18,500 feet in 10 hours.
